Float Away Scleroderma

We were in Estherville, Iowa this weekend for the towns Annual Sweet Corn Days. Barb and her Mom put together a fund raiser to raise funds for Scleroderma. The weekend starts with an annual parade through town. There were over 100 entries in the parade this year. With the fundraising booth based on root beer floats, we went with a hot air balloon theme this year to promote
" FLOAT AWAY SCLERODERMA".
At the conclusion of the parade, the downtown area is blocked off for a sweet corn feed with many vendors selling their products. We run a booth selling root beer floats, popcorn, treats and Scleroderma merchandise. We raise several hundred dollars while educating people on the subject of Scleroderma. We had a great and tiring weekend with great weather and enjoyed every minute.
