Barb's trip to the National Scleroderma conference

Barb set out on her own little journey this past week. She started in St. Louis with the 2009 National Scleroderma Conference. Her friend from high school, Randine joined her in St. Louis. They had a wonderful time attending the conference with several of Omaha's support group members attending as well. Mike stayed home with the dogs this year and did stuff around the house.









Then Barb made a detour and stopped over in Springfield, Illinois to visit our old house and friends. She had lunch with her old boss, Marty. Then she stopped by the new Lincoln museum to take a peek. She stopped by our old house and wanted to see it, so shy little Barb went up and knocked on the door and they let her in and showed her around. She stayed with our old neighbor Sandy and husband David. She hit the Stone hill winery in Herman, Mo. on the way home and had a quick visit with Rita and Mary. She was quite tired when she got home but overall had a ball.
