This was Barb and Mike's first home when they were married in 1993. It is in Spencer, Iowa. We drove by in early February when we were driving to Spencer to see David in the hospital. Those of you who may remember it can see they have done some changes, The porch was added. I remember the abstract said the construction date was pre-1900?. I paid $31,000 for it. Sure wish I had that payment still. Actually I would of paid it off this year on a 15 year loan.
